ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE GRANTS OF ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO

WHO CAN RECEIVE GRANTS?

The grants are offered to implement the state Foreign Policy Activities programme in the field of international humanitarian cooperation and the Human Resources for the Digital Economy Federal Project of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation National Programme.

The grants are intended for arrangement of events aimed at improvement of digital literacy of school students of Russian schools abroad, primarily in the Eurasian Economic Union. 27 organisations were selected as winners by the steering committee of the competition.

WHAT ARE
THE FORMATS?

The courses are based on digital educational platforms for grade 7-11 students of Russian schools abroad. The grant will be given to various online educational programmes and for development of digital resources: for example, virtual museums, educational platform and international competitions.

The new courses are aimed at shaping up conscious digital behaviour, digital literacy skills and creation of own digital products, teaching programming and other IT aspects.

INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL ECONOMY CONTESTS AND COMPETITIONS

International contests and competitions are aimed at promotion of the Russian culture and modern digital technologies in human and other sciences. Competitions ensure wide access to the digital content and help enrolling to digital economy faculties of Russian universities and institutes. The competitions are aimed at improving digital literacy of school students and shaping up stable social ties and motivate the school students to study at the Russian universities and institutes.

Launch and support of modern online societies, quantoriums and other formats of supplementary educational and career guidance for school children. The events are dedicated to the Russian culture, ecology, in-depth study of IT, programming and robotics. The digital literacy improvement practices are based in Russian schools abroad, primarily in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The events will be held online and at foreign venues. Educational practices ensure effective cooperation of Russian and foreign educational institutions: primarily – schools and supplementary education institutions for children and adolescents. Network educational resources for teachers at Russian schools abroad

Online education courses for training and retraining of teachers at Russian schools abroad are aimed at development of cross-functional competencies. The programmes are developed subject to the relevant educational trends: digital transformation of education, customisation of educational paths for students, development of new literacy skills (skills of the XXI century) in them, including critical thinking, communication and cooperation, social and emotional intelligence.
