Moscow to Host a Conference for Teachers of Russian Schools Abroad

On 24 April 2020, the 2nd Human Resources Training for the Digital Economy international teaching conference will bring together hundreds of teachers working at Russian schools all over the world. The project is backed by Rossotrudnichestvo as part of the Digital Economy nationwide programme.

The idea of the second conference  is to gatherthe existing digital practices and tools which can be used in the educational process, and make teachers across the globe familiar with them. In onsite format the  conference will be held in Russia , with onsite and remote formats in eight countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Spain, and Belarus.

The conference can be accessed from anywhere in the world by connecting to the online broadcasting in one of the formats. To select the country and participation format please register at the conference website at https://digital-conference.ru/registration.

You can start preparing for the event now, by taking part in the online activities prepared by organisers: Digital Quest, Digital Spelling Test, Digithon, Teachers CTF and Digital Tricks from Teachers project.

Digital Quest  gives enticing tasks about the varying standards of etiquette in the new digital world. Digital Spelling Testwill help check your digital literacy and find out the ways to improve it. Participants are also given the opportunity to get their team registered for the DIGITHON and TEACHERS CTF to be held as a thrilling game and help “level up” your digital competencies by competing with other teachers. The teachers may apply for the Digital Tricks from Teachers project, to share in the webinar their methodological techniques of using digital tools at lessons with other members of the conference.
