A Participant shall not be set up by the Organiser or be 50% or more financed by the latter
A Participant shall not be a member of the Organising Committee, shall have no labour, functional or business relationships with a member of the Organising Committee or an employee of the Organiser
Appraising the merits and contribution of a Participant into the digital technology domain as part of the Award shall only cover the period from 1 October 2019 up until 30 October 2020
A Participant's application shall be submitted by the deadline and match the form presented on the Website
A Participant's application shall comply with topics of the Award reflected in the description of nominations
A Participant's application shall not infringe the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, present knowingly false information, utilise obscene and/or rough language (including in any disguised form whatsoever), insult or disrespect anyone, whether expressly or by implication
The claimed format of a Participant's activity shall exist in its current variety for longer than a year
The claimed format of a Participant's activity shall not be discontinued or suspended prior to evaluation of the Award applications
Contact details of a Participant's official representative shall be valid until the end of the Award.
The DIGITAL PEOPLE international award regulations govern the procedure for conferring the award, its aims and objectives, eligibility of the contest participants, rules and procedure for taking part, the list of nominations, the criteria and procedure to evaluate the contest projects, the winner election procedure. These Regulations have been approved by the founders and the Organising Committee of the Award.
The award was founded by the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) in 2020, and is conferred annually.
