The systems for search and recruitment of foreign talents by the Russian digital economy sector companies

A system for search and recruitment of foreign talents by companies of the Russian segment of the digital economy is being developed under the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation National Programme.
Currently, the volume of cooperation between the foreign citizens and the Russian companies, primarily those of the Russian segment of the digital economy, is underdeveloped. The system will allow to increase the number of foreign talents working at Russian companies by improving the employment-related cooperation process.
- Arrangement of information cooperation of foreign citizens and Russian companies in the course of employment process;
- Employment of foreign citizens by companies of the Russian segment of the digital economy in the Russian Federation and abroad.
