The programme is designed to create the new and support the existing small-scale innovative businesses that are striving to develop and master the production of a new item, product, technology or a service by using the deliverables of their proprietary sci-tech and technology research, that are undergoing the initial stage of development and offer the substantial commercialisation potential.
