Smart City in Sevastopol

The Smart City project is intended to enhance the competitiveness of Russian cities, to put in place an effective system for urban facilities management, to create safe and comfortable conditions for living of city dwellers, and is based on 5 key concepts:

• people-oriented;
• adaptability of urban infrastructure;
• city resources management quality improvement;
• comfortable and safe environment;
• focus on economic effectiveness, inter alia of the service component in the urban environment.
